Industrial Engineer

Ivy Technology is searching for an Industrial Engineer with both technical and continuous improvement experience to develop improved tools and process automation solutions for our Robotics and Field Services Team. The IE will focus on building and auditing processes to help make sure projects and processes are ready for deployment. The IE will also develop and execute continuous improvement projects to help improve operational productivity and scale efficiently to meet any demand. This role will validate the impact of existing processes while capturing feedback to make improvements. The IE will ensure that both product and process changes are documented and communicated to stakeholders while communicating with partners on project status, risks and new initiative introduction. This position will require up to 100% travel.

Project Manager

We are seeking a self-motivated Project or Program Manager to join our Robotics team. In this position, Services are generally project based and performed in location at our client’s premises and therefore command a high level of travel, often with short notice. Your primary responsibilities will be to manage the execution of multiple concurrent customer projects which involves working closely with customers and Ivy Operations and Engineering teams to translate customer needs into operational goals. The Project Manager will drive and maintain project timelines. The Project Manager will identify, communicate and mitigate project risks while finding innovative solutions to project challenges and managing customer expectations. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned project. This position will require up to 100% travel.

Electronic Repair Technician

Electronic Repair Technicians

Ivy Technology is seeking talented and motivated Repair Technicians at our Louisville, KY location. Repair Technicians use their technical expertise to perform diagnostic testing, calibration, testing, troubleshooting and total repair of electronic units/devices to include circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. We work as a team at Ivy Technology and team members are expected to cross-train on a number of tasks/teams.

Test Engineer

Test Engineer

The Test Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment. Primary responsibilities include implementing solutions on critical items to propose to the customers and to keep in good health the failure inventories of the repair or manufacturing process. They also assist in increasing technical knowledge and work with training to develop or make planning to train the technical people.
