Eye Screening Initiative Promotes Employee Wellbeing in Bydgoszcz
More than 100 employees recently took part in a free eye screening program organised at Ivy Technology Bydgoszcz in partnership with Kodano Optyk.
The campaign offered professional eye examinations together with guidance on corrective solutions, helping employees monitor their eye health in a screen-intensive working environment. Following the positive response, additional screening sessions are planned to meet continued demand.
Providing access to preventative healthcare is an important part of supporting employee wellbeing. Initiatives such as this encourage greater awareness of eye health while giving colleagues practical guidance to help protect their long-term vision.
