Ivy Technology Poland has been recognized in the “Employer in the Pomerania and Kuyavia region 2025” competition, winning in the Large Enterprise category.

The jury – made up of representatives from regional authorities, universities, government agencies, and independent experts – recognized Ivy’s work for employees, including:
  • health and safety,
  • professional development,
  • employee well-being and work–life balance,
  • and responsible resource man
  • agement through repairing and extending the life cycle of electronic devices.
 
The award evaluates employers across three areas that reflect modern organizational practices:
  • Working conditions – employee well-being and organisational culture,
  • Development – innovation, knowledge management, and environmental and social (CSR) initiatives,
  • Organisation – modern management and effective communication.
