The newly released 2024 Sustainability Report represents a key moment in Ivy Technology’s long-term ESG journey. This year’s edition not only captures performance metrics, but illustrates how sustainability is now embedded across all functions of the business.

Throughout 2024, Ivy Technology achieved a 24% reduction in Scope 2 carbon emissions and became fully landfill-free across all operations. Through our circular repair services, we avoided over 400 metric tons of CO₂ emissions, including more than 243,000 kg from server repairs alone. In the UK, more than 16,000 parcels were delivered using electric vehicles, saving 4,669 kg of CO₂ in partnership with DPD.
Our supply chain has continued to evolve with sustainability at the core. In 2024, 25% of targeted suppliers have signed up to our code of conduct. Internally, 28% of employees participated in DE&I training, and a new enterprise-wide sustainability education program is on track for rollout in 2025.
Operational improvements were also key. In Amsterdam, we opened a new BREEAM “Excellent” certified facility, and in Plano (US), our “Clean and Bright” initiative led to full LED lighting conversion and HVAC optimization.
This report is not an endpoint - it reinforces our direction. In 2025, we will intensify our ESG performance, align with the CSRD framework, and continue building a future where innovation and sustainability go hand in hand.
