At Ivy, we believe the best way to learn is by doing. Across our global sites, young people step into real work environments where they can grow, experiment and make an impact from day one.

In Bydgoszcz, around 180 interns and 40 trainees join us each year. They manage tasks, solve problems and build confidence in a fast-moving, global setting.

In Szombathely, more than 115 students and 14 trainees joined in 2024, many in engineering and IT roles. Here, learning is hands-on. They use tools like AWS, GitLab and Jira, work in agile teams, and develop a mindset focused on collaboration, automation and adaptability.

Whether exploring cloud development or sharpening communication skills, our interns leave with more than just experience. They leave with future-ready skills.

Today, on World Youth Skills Day, we’re proud to be a place where learning becomes real.
